Once you sign up, we schedule a 60-minute onboarding call where we configure your school's curriculum, add your users, and walk your admin team through the platform. All plans include a dedicated training session.
Most schools are fully set up within 48 hours of signing up. We handle curriculum configuration, user imports, and initial data migration so you can hit the ground running.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use role-based access controls so only authorised staff can view sensitive information, and we perform regular backups.
Yes. We support bulk imports via spreadsheets and can assist with migrating student records, grades, and fee data from your existing system during onboarding.
Most staff are productive within 1–2 days. We provide role-specific video guides covering attendance marking, grade entry, and invoice management. The interface is designed for users who aren't technical — no IT background needed.
