Pricing depends on your school's student count, the suite you choose, and your billing cycle. A quoted price is more accurate than a generic number on a page, and it ensures you're not paying for capacity or features you don't need.
Kenya's academic year has three terms: Term 1 (January–April), Term 2 (May–August), and Term 3 (September–December). You subscribe once per term and your access is active for the full duration. You can continue or cancel at the start of each new term — no long-term contract.
We'll notify you when you approach your plan's limit. You can upgrade at any point — the billing difference is applied pro-rated. We will never suspend access or block enrolment mid-term.
None. The price we quote you is exactly what you pay. No setup fees, no per-user charges, no transaction fees on top of M-Pesa's standard rates. Safaricom's transaction charges are separate and go directly to them.
Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 90 days after cancellation. We provide a full CSV export on request. Student and financial records are retained per Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 and KRA requirements (7 years for financial records).
