From exam to report card, without the mark sheets.

Schedule the assessment, let each teacher enter their own marks, and generate report cards with grades, averages and class positions already worked out.

Why this module

Exam season shouldn’t mean a week of adding up.

Teachers mark quickly. What takes the time is everything after: collecting mark sheets, totalling them, ranking the class and writing up each card.

  1. 1

    Mark sheets passed around

Scores move from teachers to the exams office on paper or in spreadsheets, and get retyped on the way.

  2. 2

    Totals done by hand

Averages, grades and positions are calculated again for every class, every term.

  3. 3

    Parents wait for closing day

Results reach guardians when the printed card comes home, not when they’re ready.

What you can do

One assessment cycle, from schedule to report card.

Every step happens in one place, so the marks a teacher enters are the marks on the card.

Set up the assessment once

Pick the grade level or stream, the subjects, and the grading scale. Each subject can have its own paper type and total marks.

  • CBE and 8-4-4 scales are ready.Grading scales for both curricula come pre-loaded, and you can add your own.

  • Everyone hears when it’s set.Scheduling an assessment notifies the subject teachers and the guardians of that grade or stream.

  • Locked once it starts.A draft is editable until its start date. After that, the details are fixed.

Teachers enter their own marks

Each teacher keys in scores for their subject on one grid, and the percentage and grade appear as they type.

  • No mark sheets to collect.Scores save as they’re entered, and each subject shows how many students are graded so far.

  • Typos are caught.A score above the subject’s total marks is rejected before it’s saved.

  • Spreadsheets still work.Marks already collected in a spreadsheet can be imported instead of typed.

Report cards write themselves

Close the assessment and a report card is generated for every student, with averages, grades and class positions worked out.

  • Attendance is already on it.Each card carries the student’s attendance for the term, plus sports and clubs when you use those modules.

  • Add the human part.Teacher and principal remarks, conduct ratings and project work go on the same card.

  • Results can’t be quietly changed.Once an assessment is closed, its marks and positions are fixed. Only the written remarks can still be edited.

Results reach everyone at once

Guardians are notified as soon as a report card is ready, and the exams office has every download it needs.

  • Guardians read it on their phone.Their login shows each child’s report cards, with a PDF to download.

  • Early warning on weak subjects. When a student scores below your threshold, their guardian and class teacher are alerted.

  • Every printout in one click.A class results sheet in order of position, subject performance, and every report card as a ZIP of PDFs.

Who uses this module

Results matter to more than the exams office.

Each role sees what their job needs and nothing else.
