Sub-processors
Elimu Bora School Management Platform

To operate the Platform, EDARA TECHNOLOGIES LTD, trading as Elimu Bora ERP (“Elimu Bora”), relies on a small number of trusted third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) who process personal data on our behalf. This page is the authoritative, current list of those sub-processors. It is referenced by our Privacy Policy (Sections 8 and 10) and forms part of our Data Processing Agreement with subscribing schools.
We enter into data processing agreements with every sub-processor that handles personal data, requiring them to apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures and to process data only for the purposes we specify.

Changes to This List
We will update this page, and notify subscribing schools, before adding or replacing a sub-processor that handles personal data. Schools (as Data Controllers) may object to a new sub-processor in accordance with the terms of our Data Processing Agreement.
Where a sub-processor stores or processes personal data outside Kenya, we ensure the transfer is subject to adequate safeguards as described in Section 10 of our Privacy Policy.
